Our second guest on part 2 of our BRRR series is Kate MacKay, owner/operator of Executive Properties,  a property management company based out of Hamilton. Kate is a previous guest from episode 50. Executive Properties is a full-service property management company. Kate and her team have built the company up to where they now manage nearly 600 units in the Hamilton area, and they’re growing fast. Kate, of course, is also my wife and business partner who helps run a lot of our business ventures, and probably the #1 reason we are where we are today.
