At the end of 2019, I had big visions for what lay ahead in 2020, however January 1st rolled around and the Universe stepped up and said, “Ooooohhhh, you have those plans? OK. 

I see those plans. And I’m just going to sit here for a couple of months and watch you start them and then….BOOM! I’m gonna throw a pandemic your way.” 

Jump to March and...well, I don’t need to carry on. This year simply wasn’t what anyone was expecting.

For me. I’m incredibly fortunate to have had a really great year, all things considered. 

I’m a huge believer in practicing gratitude daily, regardless of how shite life’s become, or what you’re experiencing. It’s important to me that we use these opportunities like 2020 threw us, to learn and grow - even if they’re damn hard. 

And that’s why I want to talk about the 5 best things I did in 2020. 

One of the reasons I’m doing this, is because I want you to do the same. What did you do this year? What have you achieved? What challenges did you rise to? What did you learn?

It’s important that you reflect on this. Think about the year you’ve had - how you met it head-on; how you persisted and stayed strong. This makes you a fighter - it makes you resilient. Acknowledge your resilience and celebrate it.
