Both presidential candidates have blamed the other for harming our spending programs, social security and medicare. However, we have both of their records as President over the last 8 years, and their campaign platforms for the next 4. The truth is, both campaigns have nothing close to a real plan to prevent Social Security from going bankrupt soon. And things could get a lot worse if Medicare goes insolvent as well.
