Universal Basic Income, or UBI, has become an economic idea that has gained some mainstream traction in recent years, as technology is evolving at an exponential rate. The idea is that if the government gives people direct payments to their bank account and supplement their income, they will have more time and energy to pursue entrepreneurship, education, hobbies, and everything else. Eric Boehm from Reason shares the result from the largest study conducted into UBI and the results paint a different story.
