Discussing the importance of honesty in relationships , whether friendships or intimate ones, Belinda and Erin explore the reasons people lie, how to handle when someone lies to you, and how to reflect on your personal relationship with honesty, even with yourself.

    Some questions to consider:

1.Have you recently caught yourself telling a lie? What were the circumstances, and why do you think you chose to lie?

2.Reflect on a recent situation where you chose to be honest, even though it was difficult. How did that impact your relationship with others involved?

3.Are there any recurring situations in your life where you feel tempted to lie? What underlying emotions or motivations might be driving that behavior?

4.How do you respond when you discover that someone has lied to you? Do you address it directly or avoid confrontation? Why?

5.Consider a time when someone’s lie had a significant impact on your life. How did that experience affect your ability to trust others afterward?

    6.  Think about a time when honesty was challenging, but you chose to be truthful. How did that experience affect your self-esteem and sense of integrity?

    7. How do you navigate the balance between being honest and avoiding unnecessary conflict in your relationships?
