In honor of Black empowerment and a month designated for expressions of love, the February focus will be on recognizing the impact that racial profiling has on our self-esteem. The spotlight will be given directly to identifying secondary trauma and how when police brutality is interwoven into the picture, it impacts those who are not even directly experiencing it! If the most recent and tragic events create discomfort for your psyche or daily routine, this episode is for you today!

If you have ever justified picking harmful or unhealthy people, this episode is for you! #TherapyThursday
