For some hunting is a way of life, but for many it is something the have only seen on TV. In this episode I break down 3 reasons why every man needs to know how to  kill, clean and cook their food. 

Hunting is healthy. Not only is the actual meat you are eating the very definition of organic free range but to know what it takes to take a life so you can live is an important mindset to have.

Hunting is great for mental health. Getting time alone outside to stop and think and reflect is important for mental health and mental clarity. 

Hunting is a great way to make memories with family and friends. There is nothing more  fun and important for a young man that to spend time with older men. Hunting is a chance for mentorship  to happen. Young boys get to learn from others who are not their dad’s important lessons that they will not learn from their fathers. 

If you have not eaten something that you have killed, you should. It could change your life.
