I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, "Look! God's dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. 'He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death' or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away." - Revelation 21: 2-4 (NIV) John's website for ALL links and books: https://imagineheaven.net/ Link for John Burke's new podcast on YouTube: / @johnburkeimagineheaven Link for itunes Imagine Heaven Podcast with John Burke: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/imagine-heaven-podcast-with-john-burke/id1784735801 Follow on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/johnburkeofficial

" I think we're going to get to the other side and we're going to see all the ways that we didn't know that God used something. It's going to bring us to our knees to see how amazing our Jesus is, what He does, and how He longs to include us in what He's doing. How great it is to get to be part of that! And that's the greatest thing in life when God lets you be part of something He's doing. I don't think there's anything else that brings more joy and excitement. It's so, so awesome. I think that's what we're designed for. That's why it's so fulfilling, right? Ephesians 2:10 says we are God's workmanship created in Christ Jesus for good works, which He prepared in advance for us to do. God can move in big ways when we step out in obedience!" - Tim Ainley, CEO Forward Edge Matthew 25:40 New Living Translation (NLT) "And the King will say, 'I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it to me!'" History of Forward Edge MInistries: For the first 22 years of our history, Forward Edge was primarily a short-term missions agency engaged in a wide range of ministry activities. In 2005, following Hurricane Katrina in the Gulf Coast, we transitioned into a full-fledged relief and development organization with ongoing field programs directed by local leaders in some of the world's poorest countries. The majority of our short-term missionaries now serve in locations where we have ongoing children's programs, including Cuba, Haiti, Ghana, Kenya, Kosovo, Mexico, Nicaragua, and Uganda. This unique history has positioned us to not only understand what it takes to engage in effective, cross-cultural development, but also provide meaningful mission opportunities that strategically support ongoing programs in the field and contribute towards lasting change. We invite you to be part of God's unique work through Forward Edge!
