Can you imagine a world without technology? No internet, no television, no music, no iPhone to scroll through social media. Not only that, but imagine a world without electricity, cars, indoor plumbing, make up, and having to adhere to a strict dress code everyday. This is what life is like for the Amish. In this episode, we spoke with Lizzie Ens, who grew up in the Amish community and left in the middle of the night without looking back. Lizzie describes her experience growing up in the strictest Amish community, what dating is like when you are Amish, and how she snuck out and escaped this world, along with how she adjusted to modern society and became a successful nutrition coach and hormone specialist.

We've all been there. We care about him so we let our feelings take over. We want to show how caring we are, and how great of a partner we are, but sometimes that turns into mothering him which can lead to smothering him, and let's face it, he doesn't want to sleep with someone that reminds him of his mother! We are sharing personal experiences when it comes to mothering him, and sharing ways to not mother him when we feel the urge to remind him of his haircut appointment or to make him chicken soup when he has a a small cold! So get comfy and hang out with us while we chat. We hope you enjoy this episode!

We had the pleasure of chatting with TikTok's favorite therapist, Jeff Guenther. He is known as TherapyJeff on social media with 2.8 million followers on TikTok and millions of views on his videos where he shares dating and relationship advice, tips, and pep talks. We picked Jeff's brain about all things relationships. From what makes a relationship last, things to ask on a first date, all the way to break up sex, is it good or bad? Jeff has a relatable approach that makes his advice easy to understand and easy to apply in our lives. You are going to want to hear all that he has to say. Also, we filmed this on a rooftop outside, so if you hear random noises in the background, that's why! We hope you enjoy this episode!

Let's be honest. We are all natural born stalkers. Give me the first name and last initial of the guy you matched with and we will tell you what his childhood home looked like, his second cousin's name, what sports he played in college, and that his sister has great style. We turn into the best detectives! Today we are talking about stalking before a first date, stalking an ex, even creeping on old friends you haven't talked to in years. With social media always changing we have your guide to creeping without getting caught. *This is all light hearted and in good fun. We in no way condone actual stalking or unhealthy habits towards a person.

Friendships are hard to navigate once you hit your 20s. We are set in our ways, and it seems like more of a challenge to make and maintain friendships than it was when we were in school. If you are feeling this way, you are not alone. Sometimes we put up with more because we feel like we don't have many other friends, so we let toxic friends get away with mistreating us or making us feel bad about ourselves. Today we discuss friendships, and the signs of toxic friends to help identify when it is time to cut someone off. If there's anything to take away from this, it's that it is better to be alone than to have unhealthy relationships in your life. Put yourself first and demand the respect you deserve!

Sometimes it’s easy to let someone else’s emotions affect ours. When we’re dating someone, their lows become our lows. Their bad moods put us in a bad mood, even when it has nothing to do with us. In this episode we dive into why this is, and why we sometimes put our emotions in someone else’s hands. We are getting our power back in this episode. It is easy to lose our power, but it ends here. We are the prize, and we need to hold onto our power in relationships. Be the dream girl, and get your power back. We hope you enjoy this episode!
