I had a conversation with Lisa Hough, and we discussed various topics related to Bitcoin mining and energy markets. Lisa talks about ESG and Bitcoin’s mining demand response, and much more. We start with the discuss with natural gas and how the US market is seemingly disconnected from the global market. Lisa used to be in the natural gas game a long time ago and worked for Enron, PG&E, and Southern Company. We continued the conversation by discussing the global demand for energy and how Russia is eliminating supply for parts of Europe, and the Arab nations are lowering supply, which creates an opportunity for Bitcoin mining.
