Deb Pal and Paul Gringras discuss their research on the links between sleep and seizures in epilepsy; sharing their work on the CASTLE project, which aims to improve sleep and Quality of Life for children, young people, and families affected. They discuss both their app called COSI - which provides evidence-based sleep interventions for parents, and the upcoming CASTLE conference, where they shall disseminate  their research findings and discuss the importance of personalised approaches to sleep management in epilepsy.
