Facebook Fallacy Friday: Is A May Contains Statement Safe

May Contain Statements on product labels are voluntary statements from manufactures. It can mean that the food was produced in the same facility as allergens. Further investigation may be necessary before consuming but certified products by GFCO must test below 20 ppm.


Allergens must be declared in "Contains" statements.
