Five days ago, in a truly surprising turn of events, a federal judge in Georgia ordered the creation of several new congressional districts that are majority black. Judge Steve Jones, who was appointed to the bench by Barack Obama, ordered the state legislature to throw out the current election maps and instead redraw the maps so that a total of eight electoral districts (which are currently majority white) can be flipped to instead be majority black.🇺🇸 Epoch Times 25¢ Sale: https://ept.ms/RomanSale1

And, of course, since this is the year 2023, it’s all being done under the banner of “anti-racism.”

And so, with that as general background, a new film that's just been released is exposing exactly this problem. It’s called "Police State," and essentially it serves as a wake-up call exposing the threat to the American way of life.

Four days ago, a federal judge officially struck down California’s gun ban—a major development in the ongoing battle over the Second Amendment. The U.S. federal court ruled that California’s ban on certain types of semi-automatic rifles over other rifles is the same as banning some books because there are other books available to read. 🇺🇸 Epoch Times 25¢ Sale: https://ept.ms/RomanSale1

As such, the court found that California’s ban on certain types of semi-automatic rifles (what some refer to as “assault weapons”) is unconstitutional in light of the Second Amendment. The details of this particular case reveal the underlying battle that’s being waged right now in courtrooms across the country—wherein American citizens are using a U.S. Supreme Court decision that came down just last year to try and claw back the gun rights that have been stripped away from us over the past 100 years.

Three days ago, Sidney Powell accepted a plea deal from the prosecutors. Instead of going to trial on seven felonies, Ms. Powell pleaded guilty to only six misdemeanors—for which she will only be given six years' worth of probation and a $6,000 fine. 🇺🇸 Epoch Times 25¢ Sale: https://ept.ms/RomanSale1
This is significantly less than the actual jail time that she was facing. However, outside of this reduced sentence, there is something else. Because she took the plea deal, Ms. Powell will now be required to testify against the other co-defendants at the upcoming trials—including against former President Donald Trump himself.
Over in the state of Georgia, President Trump as well as 18 other defendants are facing charges related to the 2020 election. Specifically, this case was brought forth by the prosecutors under the RICO law, which stands for the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.

This is an extremely powerful law that is currently on the books in 33 different states, and it’s used to allow prosecutors to combat mob-style criminal activity. Essentially, the way that the law is designed allows prosecutors to target the kingpin who intentionally keeps themselves several steps removed from the actual illegal activity being committed on the ground. This means that the Georgia state prosecutors are charging this case as if it were a case involving the mafia—with the idea being that President Trump was the kingpin, leading everyone else in the commission of a crime.

The federal judge who is overseeing former President Donald Trump’s classified documents case has just issued a major rejection to Jack Smith, the prosecutor who is pushing the case forward. 🇺🇸 Epoch Times 25¢ Sale: https://ept.ms/RomanSale1

Mr. Smith was making an attempt to set up a private facility in Washington, D.C., such that President Trump and his legal team would have to go all the way there in order to review the documents in the case.

And also, despite the Department of Justice trying to rush this case before the election, the number of documents for Trump’s legal to review has ballooned to well over a million.
