On Tuesday, the U.S. Supreme Court temporarily blocked Congress from obtaining former President Trump’s tax returns.
Trump filed an emergency application to the Supreme Court on Monday, asking it to halt the order. Chief Justice Roberts’ stay comes after Trump, and this temporary stay gives the court more time to consider Trump’s emergency appeal.

Last week, a hospital memo was leaked to us by a nurse in Fresno, California. The note revealed how this hospital is experiencing a dramatic rise in the number of stillbirth cases. Whereas before, the hospital would see an “average of one to two every three months”—they were now seeing upwards of 22 stillbirths per month.
This leaked anecdote seems to align with other anecdotal evidence across the country, showing a potential rise in problems with fertility, miscarriages, and fetal development.
And so, in order to get a clearer picture of what is happening, and why, we spoke with Dr. James Thorp, a Florida-based OB-GYN who specializes in maternal-fetal medicine.

While down in Florida, we spoke with Jeffrey Lord, who served as an associate political director in President Ronald Reagan’s administration. And he explained how, in his opinion, we can look to the past in order to get a clearer idea of how to deal with a belligerent Russia.

What if giant private companies are actually colluding with the government in deciding what information to censor?
What if officials within the government are working hand-in-glove with these companies to censor free speech? Is that a violation of the First Amendment?
That’s the exact question that’s being worked out right now in a massive lawsuit that was levied against the federal government by the attorneys general of two states.
The attorneys general asked the judge in the case to give them permission to depose, under oath, the different high-level government officials who were involved: people like Dr. Anthony Fauci, Jen Psaki, the U.S. surgeon general, and others.

Ever since the pandemic-related school closures began, and kids were being sent home to do their work, the topic of Critical Race Theory being injected into our education system has been of critical importance to parents. That’s because, upon seeing their children’s curriculum, many parents were shocked at what was being taught.
However, how did we get to the point wherein school systems are overtly trying to “dismantle whiteness” or teaching kids that “Math is racist”?
Well, in order to answer that question, we spoke with Luke Rosiak, investigative reporter with the Daily Wire, as well as the author of Race to the Bottom. During our conversation, he reveals the origins of this ‘curriculum’ , as well as how it came to take root in our schools.

In Colorado a week and a half ago, the Secretary of State’s Office mailed postcards to roughly 30,000 non-citizens, with instructions on how to register to vote.
The postcards were double-sided, with the front saying in big letters: “Make sure your voice is heard this November. Register to vote today at the government website.”
And then on the back, in both English and Spanish, it said, in part, “Our records indicate that you or your household may be eligible to vote, but do not appear to be registered at your current address.”
And then below that, despite these mailers going to non-citizens, it says citizenship is a prerequisite to voting.

Despite there being an official date for the midterm elections, many states offer their citizens the ability to vote beforehand. This is done through either mail-in ballots or in-person early voting. And it seems like many people across the entire country are taking advantage of this opportunity, and indeed voting early.
In fact, according to data from the U.S. Election Project, as of Monday morning, 7.5 million people have already voted early across the United States—which is a massive increase compared to the last midterm election that was held four years ago. Specifically, looking at their online report, 7.5 million people have voted early, with 1.6 million doing it in person, and another 5.8 million having voted early through a mail-in ballot.
Furthermore, 17 of the states actually release data regarding the party affiliation of the individuals who voted early.

Five months ago, the U.S. Census Bureau admitted that during the most recent census, they miscounted the populations in 14 different states.
Notably, they under-counted the populations in six states—Texas, Florida, Mississippi, Tennessee, Arkansas, and Illinois—while simultaneously overcounting the populations in eight states—Hawaii, Delaware, Rhode Island, Minnesota, New York, Massachusetts, Ohio, and Utah.
When digging into the specifics of their mistake, they have massive implications not only for this year’s election, not only for the makeup of Congress, not only for the next presidential race—but for our entire electoral system for the next 10 years.
