Guillermina Fuentes, former Democratic mayor of San Luis, Arizona, was sentenced to jail for her role in a 2020 ballot harvesting scheme. According to a report written by the state attorney general’s office, an investigation was opened into Fuentes after Gary Garcia Snyder, a Republican running for city council at the time, recorded a video of her collecting and filling out ballots at a table, right outside a polling place during the municipal primary elections in 2020.

Moreover, the report mentioned that Fuentes was also using her position within the San Luis community to persuade local voters to allow her or her acquaintances to deposit ballots on their behalf, which, in the state of Arizona, is illegal, as per the state’s anti-ballot harvesting law.

According to a new paper just made public, researchers at Boston University were able to combine the spike protein from Omicron with the original strain of the virus, to create a new chimera strain that was so deadly it killed 80 percent of the humanized mice that they were testing on.

Using grant funding from both the NIH and the NIAID, the sub-agency led by Dr. Anthony Fauci, these scientists were able to cobble together a new strain of COVID. They dubbed their new creation Omicron S.

Eugene Yu, the CEO of Konnech, a computer company based in Mighigan, was arrested about a week and a half ago for allegedly stealing and storing the personal data of Los Angeles County election workers on servers in China.

This comes as Konnech, which provides computer services to the election departments of various counties, was awarded a five-year contract with Los Angeles County worth around $2.9 million back in 2020. The goal of this contract was to provide Los Angeles with an election workers management system called PollChief. The system was designed by Konnech and was meant to assist poll workers with different aspects of their job, which included things like managing assignments, facilitating communications, as well as dealing with payroll.

Under the terms of the contract, Konnech was supposed to help maintain the poll worker data and keep it safely guarded, accessible to only U.S. citizens or U.S. permanent residents.

At the height of Australia’s COVID-19 lockdowns (which were among the strictest in the world), a wave of anti-lockdown protests emerged. These protests saw tens of thousands of people take to the streets, demanding their government lift the restrictions.

The response from the government was a mix of apathy and heavy-handed police tactics.

Caught up in this was an Australian woman named Monica Smit—who was both a citizen journalist and the founder of an organization called Reignite Democracy Australia.

Despite her having paperwork from the government that granted her permission to report on the protest, Smit was arrested multiple times, fined, and given 22 days in jail.

We met up with Smit while in Amsterdam, and she told us her story.

Christopher Sky is a Canadian who has been active in the anti-lockdown, anti-mask, as well as anti-vaccine mandate movement.
