Alan Underwood is a multifaceted entrepreneur, real estate developer, and investor with a diverse portfolio spanning restaurants, automotive, insurance, aviation, and real estate. A passionate pilot and public speaker, he leverages his expertise to make a positive impact on communities. His entrepreneurial journey began at 22, launching a pizza restaurant chain which he expanded and sold before moving on to a successful car dealership generating over $16 million in annual revenue. Currently, Alan is developing a 91-unit apartment complex and transforming single-family homes into multifamily investments in San Diego, offering substantial returns to investors.

In addition to his business ventures, Andrew is deeply committed to community service. As a Command Pilot and Arizona Wing Leader for Angel Flight West, he provides free air transportation to patients requiring specialized medical treatment, coordinating efforts with fellow pilots and medical professionals. Alan's dedication to helping others extends to mentoring, public speaking, and writing, continually striving to share his knowledge and inspire positive change.
