It's been 30 years since Norval's dad left to get a pack of smokes, and now, out of nowhere, he's asked his son to come see him. Eager to find out why he sent the sudden invite, Norval (Elijah Wood) sets out to reunite with his estranged padre. After a brief, warm welcome, things start to go south. Obviously. I mean, what else could you expect from a film called "Come to Daddy?" Turns out daddy is a fuckin dickhead and loses his cool just a little bit, turning Norval's stay into a not-so-fantastic time. Bit of twisting and turning in the plot from there on. Little bit of truth seeking and discovering. Some tears. Lots of blood. Other bodily fluids... Yeah, come join us as we drool over Elijah Wood for 2 hours.

Oh boy, here we go again with more fucked up baby shit. Eraserhead is an unsettling black and white film that continuously grows more and more disturbing with every passing scene. Which is probably why that sick son of a bitch, Joe, picked it for the podcast. Stay away from Joe, everyone. The movie follows Henry (John Nance) as he finds out Mary (Charlotte Stewart) is prego with his eggo, or, sperm...anyway, that's fun, yeah!? Maybe. It's not. It really sucks. I'd say it's worse for Henry and Mary cos their baby is an ugly little monster, but I mean, aren't they all? So this is just one big anxiety ridden boat ride through the tunnel of "fuck me, I don't wanna be here." From awkward and bizarre character interactions to grotesque images and brain-melting audio, Eraserhead leaves you feeling uncomfortable but mesmerized. So pop a squat by the radiator and allow us to be your entertainment for the next one hour twenty minutes and fifty seconds.

 Babies suck. Don't give me that "they're life's little miracles" shit. My friend has two and even though she loves them (I think), I'm pretty sure they're far from being miracles. Sorry Colbie, but Uncle Josh tells it like it is. At least I can say they're better than a Tiyanak. Oh, "a what?" you ask? A Tiyanak is... heh, like I'd tell you here.  The Gardeners seem to be living a relatively peaceful life in the middle of the deep woods, nestled in their cozy farmhouse, when suddenly, a meteor lands in their backyard and turns their world upside down. And then, like, inside out. And then it just...twists it into a pretzel shape, eats it, poops it out, takes a picture of it, and puts it on the fridge cos the teacher gave it an A+. Colors Out of Space is FUCKED in the most amazingly beautiful way. The characters are both charming and bizarre. The effects are fascinating and disturbing, and the whole story just really grips onto you and takes you for a spin. This movie is a must watch, which makes this episode a must listen. After locking herself outside, it doesn't take Regina long to realize that things just aren't right. I mean, she could've been a little quicker but I'm gonna go easy on her, cos I've been in love with her since I was like eight years-old. Anyway, this bodacious babe rides off on a motorcycle like a fucking Goddess to go home and find that her sister Samantha is still alive. Woopty-doo!  Some people go to Ireland to take in the beautiful scenery, experience the culture, maybe kiss the Blarney stone. But once in a while you get that group of teenagers that visits solely to do shrooms in the middle of the woods (cos America doesn't have either of those), and that's just what Tara and her friends do. Escorted by Tara's old fling and magic mushroom connoisseur, Jake, the gang is led deep into the bush to set up camp. After the tents are pitched, they all disperse and begin their hunt for shrooms. Cos that's what you do when only one of the six in your group knows what they're doing... you slit up.
