FantasyPros - Fantasy Football Podcast

Our dynamic duo shares their top GPP and cash game DFS plays for this week's games. Is Patrick Mahomes (5:02) the top QB option, what should cash game players be concerned about when considering Alvin Kamara (16:35), and has Adam Thielen (25:00) become a must-play option regardless of his cost? How good of a play is Sammy Watkins (37:21) if Tyreek Hill sits and is Lamar Miller (57:52) a sneaky good GPP option? Sponsors:

On today's show, the guys analyze which borderline startable options should get the nod or ride the pine. Is Alex Smith (8:24) a viable option against the Falcons, does LeSean McCoy (19:01) have any chance at overcoming the Bears' tough run defense, and do experts largely have DeSean Jackson ranked too high (35:24)? Should fantasy owners feel confident plugging Calvin Ridley (38:22) back into their lineups and does Hayden Hurst (49:31) have TE1 potential down the stretch? Sponsors:

Our crew breaks down a wild NFL trade deadline and shares their insight into how each notable trade alters the fantasy football landscape. The show kicks off with analysis on how Demaryius Thomas' trade to Houston (00:31) affects both the Texans' and Broncos' offenses. We later pivot to what Ty Montgomery's trade to Baltimore (6:52) means for the Packers and Ravens and then thoroughly examine how the Eagles' acquisition of Golden Tate (10:40) shakes up the wide receiver totem pole in Philadelphia and Detroit. A special surprise segment is also in store towards the end of the show, so be sure to stay tuned until the end!

On today's show, our duo discusses their top waiver wire options heading into Week 9. Before jumping straight into the fantasy free agent chatter though, we touch on the Tyreek Hill injury (5:53) and share our thoughts on Patrick Mahomes and the greatness of Kansas City's offense (7:01). What are the chances that Elijah McGuire (15:19) ends up starting for the Jets, who is the top WR pickup between Keke Coutee and DeVante Parker (22:21), and is Jack Doyle (38:44) a locked-in TE1 the rest of the way? We conclude the show with a three-round midseason draft (44:40) based on which players we think are the best fantasy options for the rest of the year. Sponsors:

We kick off today's show by recognizing which players over the first eight weeks were the MVPs (3:17), who is most due for the biggest second half improvement (8:51), and who has been the most underrated (15:10) among many other awards. Did Josh Adams (24:36) become the lead man in Philadelphia's running back committee, is D.J. Moore (47:34) now a must-add option, and has James Conner (50:29) done enough to claim Pittsburgh's backfield once Le'Veon Bell returns? Sponsors:

Daily Fantasy Insider co-founder, Justin MacMahon, hops in with us as we break down Week 8's best DFS plays. Are Patrick Mahomes (10:53) and Todd Gurley (13:26) worth paying up for? Davante Adams (30:39) seems primed to tear apart the Rams' defensive backs, C.J. Uzomah (40:23) may be the best combination of matchup and price at the TE position, and Baker Mayfield (57:48) fully deserves your attention in GPPs. Sponsors:

In today's show, we supply the all the info you'll need to make the best lineup decisions entering Week 8. Before getting to the Start/Sit suggestions, our duo begins by breaking down the latest news and advises fantasy owners on the newest report regarding Dalvin Cook (4:24), who is likely out until Week 11. The guys analyze the potential of Rashaad Penny taking away even more work from Chris Carson in the immediate future (24:07), discuss the viability of T.J. Yeldon with the arrival of Carlos Hyde (27:02), and are in disbelief with how underrated Geronimo Allison (37:10) is across the industry. As the show draws to a close, we debate how startable the Colts D/ST (50:42) is this weekend and finish things off with a little game of Fact or Fiction (52:39). Sponsors:

Justin Boone from theScore teams up with us today to break down the top waiver pickups heading into Week 8. Tre'Quan Smith (8:55) appears to be the clear top choice among widely unowned WRs and Courtland Sutton (17:39) is now an intriguing stash with the trade rumors surrounding Demaryius Thomas. Moving on from wideouts, Doug Martin and Jalen Richard (30:53) are easily the primary RBs fantasy owners should target and it may be time to treat C.J. Uzomah (49:26) as a TE you should start most weeks. The end of the show is mainly spent discussing the fantasy football fallout of Amari Cooper's trade to the Cowboys (51:24) and a unique listener question regarding a vetoed trade (56:37). Sponsors:

Today's show is spent breaking down all of the zany action from a wild Week 7, but one of the most notable performances that stuck out to us came from Andrew Luck (4:15). How panicked should Melvin Gordon (18:12) owners be regarding his absence and has Kerryon Johnson (31:58) officially become a running back fantasy owners can confidently rely upon? How might the Patriots handle their tailback situation if Sony Michel (39:21) is sidelined for an extended period and what is the state of the Eagles' backfield (48:15)? Sponsors:

It's a fresh start with a new week of football in DFS and joining us to help nail down your cash and tournament lineups for the weekend is Jared Kwart of FantasyCruncher.com. It's a week where there may not be too many questions at certain positions as we all love Kirk Cousins taking on the Jets (2:45), Todd Gurley going against the 49ers (8:34) and Ezekiel Elliott taking on a terrible rush defense in Washington (9:47). Adam Thielen very well could be the must-play of the week (15:41) and the tight end position offers multiple quality plays (31:05). We wrap the show up covering GPP plays (39:18) and stacks to consider using (1:01:11).
