- Find a quiet place, either seated or lying down, where your back can be tall yet relaxed.
- Use your breath to release tension, worry, or restless energy down into the earth to be neutralized.
- Cultivate feelings of strength and resilience by internalizing affirmations like, "I am safe and grounded in this moment," and "I am confident in my ability to handle challenges".
- Use the stability of the earth to quiet the noise above, reinforcing the truth that you are stronger than your anxiety.
Take this
feeling of grounded strength with you as you move through the rest of the day. You are not just calm—
