Our guest today is Libby Sinback, a relationship coach, educator, and host of the Making Polyamory Work podcast. We have a fun conversation about a probably not-so-fun topic, transitioning relationships or... breaking up. We discuss lots of tips for breaking up with someone as well as lots of tips for the person being broken up with. Additionally, these strategies can be applied to many types of relationship transitions, including non-romantic relationships. The key is kindness, consideration, and always having an ongoing conversation about your relationship with the other person.
