This week Sam Oakes talks to Tina Weeks on the Financial Planner Life Podcast. 

Sometimes the universe presents people that become influential in your life and for me, on episode 11 of The Financial Planner Life podcast, Tina Weeks was one of those people. 

I really enjoyed talking to Tina Weeks. Her passion and enthusiasm for the Financial Planning profession is beautiful; we need more women like Tina pioneering and changing the way Financial Planning is delivered.  

Tina Weeks lives and breathes the relationship-based approach, and is a firm believer that to know your clients you must first ‘know thyself’. 

This is why Tina Weeks has set up a new training academy for financial planners to help them learn the skills necessary to build transformational client relationships.  She is building a community on Facebook in a group called ‘KnowThySelf Academy’: a community focused on why YOU, the Financial Planner, do the things you do, and how knowing more about yourself will improve client relationships and open you up to a whole new dimension of Financial Planning.
