Two and a half years ago, Ryan was on the show and had a net worth just over 600k. Today, Ryan is knock knock knocking on MILLIONAIRE status. Making it work with what you have, Curtis didn't grow up with money, but now has 5 units on a single teacher income in Washington state. I often say "can one move change your life?", for Curtis, he says "can two moves change your life?"...his answer? YES! After buying some rental properties, Curtis fell in love with real estate to the point of now teaching AND being an agent. Lots of sacrifices have been made to end up where he is, this is a story worth checking out!
