Have you ever felt like your confidence was broken, or you were betrayed when you shared something personal with a friend? There are strategies to implement with your Tribe to ensure secret keeping. You can be real, share your heart and be fully known by your Tribe and have a soft place to fall when you need support.

There are five key elements of an up-front contract.
1. Purpose: Explain why you want to have this conversation.
2. Other person's expectations: As best you can, make sure you know what the other person wants and expects. If you don’t, ask.
3. Your expectations: At the same time, they need to know what you want and expect out of the talk. This should include anything you might need from them.
4. Time and logistics: Allow enough time to share this deep conversation in private. Preferably face to face.
5. Outcome: What should happen at the end of the conversation? They should know what to expect from you. They should also know what you would like to see/have from them.
