Capt. Kevin was out to do some OSR – hunting in Indiana, so it was up to Capt. Scott and Capt. Ricky to deliver the bad news…the weather is changing in a BAD way. It’s sounding like fishing will be reserved for the brave, the crazy and the ignorant.
