Andrew returns to the show to discuss recent innovations in cooling technologies, including the development of the Cool Bottle. The Cool Bottle aims to enhance performance by actively cooling the forearms during races. We delve into the science behind cooling mechanisms, the inspiration for the product, its design and the practical applications for athletes.
