Flipping Raw Land to Developers with Cody Bjugan
Cody Bjugan has been in the Land Development space since 2002 and has founded VestRight. Land development is an old traditional business model, it’s also where the majority of the wealth in real estate is created.
Cody created an innovative way to acquire raw land, outsource experts to take it through approvals, and then sell and exit to big homebuilders before ever needing to move an ounce of dirt or even step foot on it. As a result, he gets paid millions in profit per deal with less risk and capital than almost anyone in the business.
So far he’s done 30 development projects, and currently developing 2,300 lots/units from raw dirt to create $920M in revenue.
He’s trained hundreds of people to do the same thing. He has taken people with zero real estate experience and they’re currently closing 6 and 7 figure land deals with his guidance. Nobody in the industry teaches the methods Cody does at his company Vestright.com
