We’re excited to introduce Valerie Oula, a reiki master, director of Vibrational Healing at THE WELL, yoga and meditation teacher, guide, author, and founder of Modern Ritual NYC. With her bio you’d think she was always spiritual and in touch with herself, however, Valerie had quite the partying phase working as a casting director and photo producer in NYC. And while her present looks far different than her past, she stresses the important of honoring where you’ve been (even the shitty parts) in order to release and move forward. We ask Val if she misses old versions of herself, even if they didn’t serve her and how to lead with compassionate flow vs. force. Hear why Valerie feels its our duty to do the inner work, for ourselves and the collective and why discernment, and knowing yourself is so key to your internal fulfillment.
