In this episode, Mike Glover and Andy Stumpf discuss the case of Marine veteran Daniel Penny.
After a man 30-year-old man named Jordan Neely began aggressively threatening passengers on a New York Subway, saying he was going to kill someone, Penny placed him in a chokehold.
Neely passed out and was later pronounced dead at the hospital where his death was ruled a homicide by compression of the neck. Neely had a long criminal record, including 42 arrests and three unprovoked assaults on women in the subway.
26-year-old Penny faces charges of second-degree manslaughter and criminally negligent homicide.
Penny faces up to 19 years in prison if convicted.

Today on Focal Point, Andy Stumpf and Mike Glover discuss recent claims that the Pentagon has a secret program called “Immaculate Constellation” that collects and quarantines information about UFO encounters.
This comes on the heels of whistleblowers like Lue Elizondo and David Grusch claiming that the U.S. government is hiding what it knows about UAP and non-human intelligence.
Is this tech alien, or advanced DARPA research?

Today on Focal Point, Andy Stumpf and Mike Glover discuss the censorship controversies involving X and Elon Musk and the government of Brazil, as well as Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, and the federal government.
From THE NATIONAL REVIEW:
A panel of judges on Brazil’s supreme court upheld a ruling by Justice Alexandre de Moraes that instituted a total ban on the social-media site X. Under the terms of the order, internet service providers in Brazil cannot act as a conduit for X’s traffic, app stores in Brazil are obliged to delete the X app from their catalogues, and the use of VPNs or other traffic rerouting tools to circumvent the prohibition carries a fine of nearly $9,000 per day. The proximate cause of Brazil’s ban was that X’s owner, Elon Musk, had refused to comply with a court order requiring him to remove certain accounts that had been accused of spreading “misinformation.”

Today on Focal Point, Mike Glover and Andy Stumpf discuss the case surrounding the media company, Tenet.
From The AP:
“An indictment … alleges a media company linked to six conservative influencers — including well-known personalities Tim Pool, Dave Rubin and Benny Johnson — was secretly funded by Russian state media employees to churn out English-language videos that were “often consistent” with the Kremlin’s “interest in amplifying U.S. domestic divisions in order to weaken U.S. opposition” to Russian interests, like its war in Ukraine.
The U.S. Justice Department doesn’t allege any wrongdoing by the influencers, some of whom it says were given false information about the source of the company’s funding. Instead, it accuses two employees of RT, a Russian state media company, of funneling nearly $10 million to a Tennessee-based content creation company for Russia-friendly content.”

Recently, WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange returned to his home country of Australia after spending years fighting legal charges that initially stemmed from the release of sensitive footage on his site Wikileaks. The videos were provided to him by a former United States Army intelligence analyst, who now goes by Chelsea Manning, in 2010.
The story is similar to the case of former NSA intelligence contractor Edward Snowden, who publically disclosed the extent of the agency's global surveillance programs, which often involved cooperation with telecom companies.
Today, on Focal Point, an IRONCLAD Original, Andy Stumpf and Mike Glover discuss these cases, the military and intelligence communities, operational security, and the role that whistleblowers can play in holding institutions accountable.
