You may have to “patch” things together to make your business work (Part 2)

In my last episode, I talked about how sometimes you need to “patch” things together just to keep moving forward.

Today, I’m sharing a real example from the past few weeks where patching things together not only worked, but worked so well that it’s made us rethink our entire strategy going forward.

In a perfect world, you’d have one box, one offer, one channel, and you’d scale it to the moon. But the truth is… things are always changing. Sometimes you need to get scrappy and creative if you want to keep growing.
