This program will discuss Food Allergy. This talk will go through the presentation and treatment of IgE mediated food allergies. The presenters will focus on differentiating an IgE mediated food allergy from other adverse reactions to foods and then will talk about different treatment approaches for IgE mediated food allergies. The presenters will also discuss some special considerations such as for infants with atopic dermatitis, alpha-gal, etc.
