Which is better? A stand-alone restaurant or an airport restaurant?
We sat down with Randy Hazelton the owner of a Hospitality company that specializes in establishing airport restaurants and I tell you the conversation was enlightening. When you think about restaurants in airports you don't often think about the business decisions and factors that were considered for this to happen but entrepreneurs like Randy saw this as an untapped opportunity and he joins us to share the journey and a few tips that he has learned along the way.

What if you could run 10 restaurants out of one kitchen?
A newish concept that is radically changing the restaurant industry is the Ghost Kitchen Concept. In this interview, we sat down with the founder of one of Johannesburg South Africa's fast-growing restaurant companies Simele Shange CEO of Jozi Cloud Kitchen. Simele helps us understand how they managed to create a concept that allows them to run 10 different restaurants out of one kitchen and the insights that he shares are amazing.
