My passion for languages brought me to the U.S., where I pursued a Ph.D. in Applied Economics, specializing in Health Economics. During this time, I discovered how to add more wellness to a busy lifestyle and started to manage my personal health issues!

Her style of being in the world is intentional, (com)passionate, idealistic, trauma-informed, pleasure-centered, and wisdom-centered; these attributes are woven throughout her art and projects, the programs she creates, and the way she works with her communities. She is a writing teacher of 10+ years and a yoga teacher, highlighting how our bodies are portals to unique wisdom and deeper authenticity. Embodied Forces Workshop

Esther Abergel is an Internal Family Systems (IFS) psychotherapist who lives in Jerusalem and sees clients in Israel and online. Her initial training was in Person-Centered therapy in the UK and after that she took the leap of moving to Israel in 2016. There she discovered IFS therapy and did her training. Her areas of interest are trauma therapy, inner child work, addiction recovery and expressive arts. She is currently training as an Intuitive Painting teacher to help others connect to their creativity and intuition. Esther has undergone her own healing journey over many years, taking steps to heal PTSD, chronic fatigue and neck and back pain. She is always exploring the link between mind, body, emotions and spirit.

Anastasia is an artist that creates with what we already have under the company "Metamorphosis". It started off with screen printing positive messages onto secondhand t-shirts but has become so much more. Metamorphosis is about consciously being aware of our actions, which means diving deep into our own subconscious, and seeing how that affects ourselves, one another, and our Earth. Anastasia experienced her own metamorphosis after one of her best friends died at a young age.
