I know the feeling all too well...
The minute you go to bed and close your eyes your mind starts racing.
Thinking about what happened today...
Thinking about what is to come...
The anxiety...
The excitement...
You toss and turn and just cannot sleep.
This is very practice I use in order to calm my mind and drift off into a deep sleep.
In this Meditation I'll guide you through total body relaxation and Box Breathing
(inhale for four, hold the inhale for four, exhale for four, hold the exhale for four).
I hope it helps you realize tomorrow can wait and all you need to do is rest.
