After a successful collegiate football career at Texas A&M, Terrence Murphy was drafted in the 2nd round by the Green Bay Packers. An injury forced his retirement from the league and he eventually found a new focus and passion in real estate. Terrence has personally brokered $1B+ in sales volume over the past 10 years and has successfully started over 20 ventures and companies that he's currently running today. Terrence possesses the same traits that he portrayed on the football field: integrity, passion, hard work, dedication, loyalty, desire to succeed, and excellence, all of which help his businesses continue to grow and his clients to receive superior service.
We spoke to Terrence about scaling, being a visionary, the College Station Market, and what makes a market more appealing.
