Frank O’Keeffe is Managing Partner of EY in Ireland. Prior to his current role, Frank held a position on the Irish leadership team as Head of Assurance, where he was responsible for leading the fastest-growing Assurance service on the island of Ireland. Additionally, he was the Lead Audit and Client Services Partner for Ireland. Frank’s experience includes serving a range of large national and multinational clients across the manufacturing, retail, technology, and supply chain sectors. Frank was the Partner for the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year program in Ireland between 2009 and 2014. He has also held the position of Diversity & Inclusion Partner Sponsor and continues to preside over the EY Diversity & Inclusion Steering Committee in Ireland. Frank holds a Certificate in Authentic Leadership from Harvard Business School and is a Chartered Certified Accountant by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Today, Frank joins me to continue my series of conversations with Managing Partners & CEOs about Leadership and Organisation Health & Wellbeing, while tapping into the future of work as we navigate the return to the office post-Covid-19.
