  • 069. Achieving Recovery in Diet and Wellness Culture with Stefani Michele

    In today's episode, Dylan sits down Stefanie Michele, a Diet Culture Recovery Coach specializing in helping women overcome food and body image issues. She holds degrees in Human Development Psychology and Occupational Therapy with a certification in Integrative Health Coaching, and is currently working on her Intuitive Eating Counselor certification. After struggling with multiple eating disorders for 25 years, Stefanie learned how to stop bingeing on peanut butter and ice cream and feel comfortable in her own skin. She considers her "boots-on-the-ground" experience of recovery her most teachable asset.
