  • The Comfort Zone (And How to Get Out!)
The comfort zone can keep us trapped our entire lives if we aren’t paying attention. It keeps us locked in patterns that frustrate us and make us feel we’ll be stuck in the same place forever. As a result, it keeps us from living the life we say we want. We say we want change, but fear pulls us back into the comfort zone because it’s safe (and our subconscious LOVES safe!). Our old beliefs keep us stagnant.
We stay in our comfort zone for five reasons: familiarity, limitation, validation, control and fear of the unknown. Getting out of it is hard, but creating the motivation for change (which we all have the power to do), can lead to the life you actually want!

  • Love Vs Attachment
Love versus Attachment. Some of us end up in dysfunctional relationship(s) our entire lives wondering if we will ever have peace, love and healthy happiness shared with another...For others we may have a past relationship that we are still emotionally attached to and can't seem to let go of, making us crazy and in some cases 'ashamed' of our inability to move on from it....we may even think this person is our soulmate, because it is so intense....find out how to have what you want and be released from attachment once and for all.

  • Surrendering Before We Bottom Out and Sabotage Ourselves
Do we sabotage ourselves… and if so, do we do it on purpose? Self-sabotage stems from fear, and is a means of keeping us in our comfort zone where everything is familiar and safe. The subconscious often drives sabotaging behavior, so the key is becoming aware of how you’re standing in your own way. Ever notice how you stop something GOOD from happening, even when it’s what you say you want? Maybe it’s a healthy relationship or dream job that you eventually screw up. Why? Anxiety, fear and/or lack of control are usually the cause because the outcome of what you want is new and uncertain.
Let’s look beyond external validation and change the way we perceive opportunity so we can get what we want! We don’t get there by attaching to outcomes; we achieve our goals by surrendering. Getting uncomfortable is mandatory when surrendering to what is, and recognizing the self-sabotage that keeps you stuck right where you are. To get different results, you must do things differently. Listen in to learn how to create different thoughts, patterns and possibilities.

  • Why Does It Matter If You Love Yourself
“Your task is not to seek love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.” – Rumi
Why do we think we can just give love when the well inside is dry? And if we don't have anything to give, what are we actually doing? When we feel depleted, tired and sometimes (as a result) angry, our first response may be to beat up ourselves and others. That’s not really loving, is it?
As Rumi so eloquently said, all the barriers you carry against loving yourself affect your ability to love others. If you’re cruel to yourself, how do you treat your partner? You may not necessarily be cruel, but I guarantee you’re looking to fill a void. And how can you demand that someone else fill your void when you’re unwilling to do it yourself? It’s not their job. I know that if I don’t love me, there’s no foundation for a happy relationship. In fact, it’s a recipe for disaster. If you’re not happy inside, you will create situations with your partner that match that unhappiness. Learn how to break through to the other side so you’re relationships not only work… they thrive!

  • Accepting your Uniqueness and Maximizing It
A lot of us think we're weird or different, and the ways in which we stand out from the crowd may seem unacceptable. But in truth, the unique aspects of ourselves speak to our greatness.
How long have you been fighting the parts of you that are different from everyone else? We can get stuck in the wrong career, relationship, location, etc. when we hide out. Perhaps your parents wanted you to suppress certain qualities in an effort to fit in and be accepted. If you weren’t accepted for who you were as a child, that struggle likely followed you into adulthood. Even those who appear successful may be miserable inside if what they show to the world is a carefully constructed façade.
Isn’t it time to leave behind a life unlived and maximize who you are in all aspects of your life? Join me in this journey to celebrate all of YOUR wonderfully unique characteristics, which will pave the way for the exciting adventures that await!

  • Scarcity and Hard Relationships
Do you ever find yourself sacrificing yourself in relationships to get any sign of affection, kindness or love? Why do you accept so little? Maybe it’s not even a true relationship because there’s no real commitment. Do you struggle to keep it together, and then wait for some big payoff that never comes?
When we believe there's not enough love, or WE are not enough, we exert a lot of effort. We believe we have to slog hours in the coal mines before there's a speck of reward. And that's the issue... the idea of reward. There is no prize for putting yourself through hell. And if you’re divorced or have been through a series of broken relationships, there’s actually a tendency to feel you deserve less instead of more. It’s time to flip the switch, moving from scarcity and struggle to ease and love.
