Emily is a professor of economics at Brown University and the author of 4 books: Expecting Better, Cribsheet, The Family Firm, and The Unexpected. She also hosts the Parent Data podcast and writes a popular newsletter by the same name. Emily recently appeared on The Daily Show and was included in TIME's 2022 100 Most Influential People in the world!
