Tommy Mello is the owner of A1 Garage Door Service. He went from $50k in debt to owning a $74 million dollar home service business and just like every other entrepreneur, he started by doing everything himself from sales and marketing to accounting and hiring. Along the way, he learned that it didn’t have to be that way and he could get his business to where he wanted it to be, all he had to do was work smarter and build a strong team of people dedicated to achieving the vision of what he knew the company could become. So to give back and help other business owners in the home service industry, he created a podcast called “The Home Service Expert”. Tommy is also the author of the book “ Home Service Millionaire” and a lifelong learner.
