Her mission is rooted in a deep passion for helping individuals with ADHD better understand the intricacies of their unique brain functions and guiding them towards creating joyful and functional lives.

What sets Sharon apart is not just her professional expertise but her personal connection to ADHD. In her own household, ADHD is not just a topic of discussion but a shared experience, as her husband and three sons navigate the challenges of ADHD along with other conditions like Tourettes, ODD, SPD, and SLD.

Sharon's journey towards becoming an ADHD advocate spans over 15 years of dedicated research and learning. She has honed her skills through rigorous training at ADDCA in New York and is recognized by the International Coaching Federation.

Through her work with The Functional Family, Sharon has touched the lives of over 35,000 families, providing invaluable support and guidance. Her contributions have earned her multiple prestigious awards, including Business Awards for Outstanding Education Service, the AusMumpreneur Award for Disabled Business Excellence, and recognition in the categories of People's Choice Leadership and People's Choice Making a Difference. Sharon's commitment to her community is further underlined by her Cook's Community Award.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Sharon finds solace near the sea and treasures one-on-one moments with her sons. She also shares her life with two boxer dogs who, in her words, are more like living cartoon characters than traditional pets. Sharon's dedication to making life easier and more fulfilling for those with ADHD is nothing short of inspiring.
