Guest Elizabeth Lizberg spent 30 years living life on the sidelines. She could put away more food than a half-dozen teenage boys and has tried every diet out there. Almost three years ago, Elizabeth had an ah-ha moment which led her to lose 100 lbs!
She learned to fuel her body and ended her toxic relationship with food. She's currently writing a book called, From Fat to Free, How to End your Toxic Relationship with Food.
