In this episode I am sharing about the concept of Letting Go. It's so easy to hold on to the negative emotions on this journey and sometimes we just need to let them go.

I walk you through an exercise that helps you let go of the very emotions that are holding you captive.

When we are able to let go of the emotions that aren't serving us we open ourselves us to more love, more peace, more JOY.

It was in the self checkout line at Walmart that my pain and anger returned. I thought I was healed.

For five years I dreaded Mother's Day. It was just a reminder of all the ways life hadn't worked out the way I thought it should.

5 years I missed out on the JOY that was available to me. Until I learned to drop the expectations I had of others and create my own amazing Mother's Day.

In this episode I share how Mother's Day went from a favorite holiday to least favorite back to a favorite. All because I decided to create my Mother's Day on purpose.
