For most of her life, Amanda Johnson excelled at being "the good girl."

She was a stellar student who knew how to play by the rules, whether that was in school, at church, or with friends or family.

She implicitly understood what was acceptable, and what wasn't, so she followed the prescription for a successful life: Go to college, major in something respectable and useful, get a good job, get married, have 2 children, get an MBA, move up the career ladder.

Until one day, almost like coming out of a coma, she said she "woke up in the middle of a life." She'd built an entire life, and wasn't sure how she'd done it, or whether she'd truly chosen any of it consciously.

And then the real work began.

Amanda Johnson is your typical high-energy, over-achieving, perfectionist, people pleaser type who, by all accounts, looked great on paper, but wasn't feeling a whole lot of anything for a long time. After years of building a successful career in the marketing world, Amanda had a wake up call in the form of a full blown spiritual awakening and started questioning pretty much every facet of her life. After coaching with Rachel, and working for the past several years toward calling in more authenticity and alignment, Amanda's gifts came online in a big way.

Recently, Amanda made some serious changes to her life, including pivoting away from her corporate life to launch Heartspark, an intuitively based energy work and life purpose coaching business.
