The mission of this podcast and the FTCC YT Channel is to serve coaches at all levels of football, including sub-varsity. In keeping with that, we have Rondayle Floyd on this episode. Coach Floyd is the Martin County Middle School Gators head coach in Williamston, NC.

Coach Floyd and I discuss how his faith in God helps him impact the lives of his players and how he takes his position as a role model and father figure very seriously.

We also discuss the schemes he runs with his young Gators. He is at home with me as we discuss his Jet package, the Gap Blocking Scheme, and fast screens. His style must work because they have not lost a game in four years and have won their conference championship every year he has been the head coach.
