Tyler Wynn is our guest on episode 23 of season two. He is the head football coach at Hardin Valley Academy, located just outside Knoxville, TN. Coach Wynn has the Hawks on an upward trajectory as they won as many games this past season as they had won in the last five years combined.

We discuss the challenges of taking over a program that lacks a winning tradition. Tyler left the most accomplished program in the history of high school football in Valdosta, GA, to accept the challenge of building a winning culture at Hardin Valley.
