Mitch Johnson is our guest on episode 24 of season two. He is the head football coach of the Green Hope Falcons in Cary, NC. Coach Johnson, like our last guest, Tyler Wynn, has his Falcons on an upward trajectory as they went from 0-10 last year to 6-4 this season with an appearance in the playoffs.

We discuss the challenges of taking over a program that lacks a winning tradition. Mitch tells us how he approached taking a team with a losing culture and transforming it into one that believed they could win on Friday nights. We also discuss what he has planned for this offseason to take the next step and go even further next season with the Falcons.
