Do you find yourself constantly caught up on what you previously thought your life would look like?
Do you struggle to fully let your past go and move on?
Do you feel like clinging onto these past visions & dreams is preventing you from being open to new & even potentially better opportunities?
You, my friend, are NOT alone!!!
We are all holding ourselves back by clinging onto past ideas and aspirations we had for our lives that are no longer relevant or serving us.
But the universe has a plan for us all, and this plan almost NEVER looks like what we thought it would.
SO, let's work past this together...
In this solo episode, we break down this process into 3 steps.
Specifically, we discuss:
-Why we need to detach from these past visions and aspirations that no longer align with our lives
-How to create space for something new and even better
-The importance of GRIEVING what is not meant to be
-ACCEPTING that it isn't meant for us
-Reminding ourselves that what's truly meant for us and even better is still YET TO COME.
