On this episode, we are joined by Kayla Clay! You've probably talked to her if you've called in! She started with us when Rogers was just a little itty-bitty business. Kayla has grown with us--and we are so grateful to have her!

Kayla tells Alyssa that she is always learning in her position, especially patience! Kayla hopes to move into a dispatch leadership position. Kayla and Alyssa discuss success and how important it is to have a strong support team, as well as her goal of training and helping others.
