Okay, sleep training: how do you feel about it??
We all know that sleep is massively important, not only to them, but to us. So, how the heck do we get our babies and our kids to sleep without "crying it out" and without having to share a bed with them!!??
Lucky for you, our guest today is Caleigh Wagg, a certified sleep consultant who's going to debunk all the theories you heard and probably tried!!

And now: let's talk about FOOD, baby!
Today's recipe:
3 Ingredient Breakfast!
2 eggs
1/2 cup of oats
1 cup of your favorite fruit (sometimes I will sub with spinach)
Cinnamon (optional)
Mix eggs and oats. Sprinkle in some cinnamon. Pour onto heated pan and form into a pancake. Add fruit. Let it sizzle and cook for a few minutes. Flip the pancake and cook for an additional minute.
Top with some additional fruit and dig in, mama!!
