Michael Dragonetti is a nationally recognized expert in elevator emergency management, with hands-on experience in construction, modernization, maintenance, and repair of elevators and escalators in the New York City metro area. Beginning in 1999, Michael leveraged this expertise to develop and teach Elevator Emergency Management.
As a veteran of the Stamford (CT) Fire Department, including 20 years with Rescue Co. 1, Michael has trained firefighters nationwide. He taught elevator operations at the FDNY Technical Rescue School (2002-2005) and is a H.O.T. instructor at FDIC International. A contributing author for Fire Engineering Magazine, he has also been featured in six seasons of Training Minutes videos.
As founder and president of Dragon Rescue Management, he leads a premier technical rescue training team that specializes in elevator emergencies. It's going to be another great conversation.
